Getting started with Cadence

Install Cadence, approve its helper and pick a backup schedule. It takes about five minutes and your administrator password, once.

  1. Move to Applications
  2. Set Up Cadence
  3. Allow in Login Items
  4. Full Disk Access
  5. Switch to Manual
  6. Choose a schedule
